About

I’m a board-certified, Harvard-trained psychiatrist currently accepting new patients. I see adults ages 18 to 65 both in-person and via telehealth for psychotherapy and thoughtful medication management. In my practice, I aim to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where we can explore, understand, and overcome the challenges holding you back. I trained at Harvard’s MGH / McLean Adult Psychiatry Residency Program with additional psychotherapy training from the Boston Psychoanalytic Society and Institute. I’m currently an attending psychiatrist and clinical instructor at McLean Hospital and Harvard Medical School. Together, we can help you discover important insights that lead to lasting change and a more meaningful life. I encourage you to reach out to set up a free phone consultation to see if my practice may be a good fit for you.
